New and Refurbished Thermal break-Fill and Debridge Equipment
 
Pictures are of a rebuilt Azon Bridgemill (debridger). We also build new machinery.
 
This Bridgemill is equipped with a 20 h.p. 480 VAC, 50/60 Hz. totally enclosed fan cooled 3450 r.p.m. motor, turning a 1.25 inch arbor through a double bearing pillow block. Extrusions are pulled through the Bridgemill by four Char-Lynn hydraulic drive motors. Set-ups are made through an arrangement of guide wheels that provide for adjustment to practically all extrusions.
 
Control surfaces, including blade height and drive wheel position, are controlled with pneumatic and hydraulic controls. Blade lateral position has manual crank controls. Blade selection ranges from 12" (305 mm) to 14" (355.6 mm), .630" (16 mm) kerf; bore size 1.00" Through-put capacity is up to 180 feet per minute, depending on blade kerf.
