Die Splitter (separator) USED

Thumb Tool & Engineering has developed the 30” MagnApart die splitter. Through the use of magnetism and a hydraulic cylinder, MagnApart safely, quickly, and easily splits the die assemblies. The die assembly is lowered onto the MagnApart base, the hydraulic cylinder is then used to squeeze the die assembly between two magnetic platens. The magnets are then turned on to hold each die half tightly to its corresponding magnetic platen. Then the hydraulic cylinder is used to slide the move-able magnetic platen, thus splitting the die assembly with no damage to either half.
